We work to protect the interests of our charterer clients by taking steps to ensure efficient port operation at all times as charterer’s agents.
We are dedicated to protecting the interest of ship owners/operators by supervising the appointed charterer’s agent and monitoring port call operations as owner’s agents.

We also protect the operator’s interests both logistically and documentation all to ensure well represented as a protective agent. We are responsible for monitoring the cargo and/or the charterer’s agents in order to ensure the proper arrangements are performed and not allow any delays or expenses. We review all documentation and ensure that each detail checks and verify. We do this by verifying proforma.

Warehousing
RIGEL SHIPPING AGENCY has a warehouse located in Napoli, where spares in transit under the customs procedure or free to circulate, gives the possibility to forward from the free zone to all Italian ports in order to make faster, easier and smooth operations. In addition, our main office where is in Napoli close to the International Airport “Napoli Capodichino”, thus giving a great flexibility and connection.
Ship Supply
RIGEL has a partnership with national ship supplier providing provisions, spares, bonded, etc. in all Italian ports. Our goal is to make your processes easier and give the best service with fast planning/delivering, with the best quality of the product.
Shipbroking
Our experienced team focuses on liquid bulk cargoes trading on coastal and deep-sea routes worldwide. This well-qualified team offers a shipbroking service for the chartering needs of specialty liquid cargoes in wide tonnage range. Yacht Agency
Rigel yacht division is offering a comprehensive and bespoke service to superyachts in all Italian ports as yacht agent. Rigel provides shore support service and around the clock assistance to captains and crew, including berth reservations, yacht clearance and formalities, bunkering, itinerary planning, provisioning, onboard entertainment, event planning, travel reservations, security services and technical service coordination.
